Yes! I think that people need to be open to exploring other forms of production rather than in privately-owned companies. And to explore other organisational forms than hierarchies.
Then there is the trust thing. You need to have a basic level of trust – or at least low level of mistrust – in order to at least get people in the same room.
Then there is sense of place. That is so important as all things like this run on context. We are so used to solutions being the same all over the place.
